Clemson School of Nursing Guest Lecture Series

February 1, 2026 - April 1, 2026

Date: TBD (Spring Semester 2026 — February–April Window)

The Ari Foss Foundation is honored to be partnering with the Clemson University School of Nursing for a special guest lecture series as part of their undergraduate Nursing Care of Women and Their Families course. This collaboration offers senior-level nursing students the opportunity to deepen their understanding of perinatal grief, compassionate communication, and trauma-informed family support.

Our Executive Director and Founder, Aaron Silverman, will speak on his lived experience, the creation of the Ari Foss Foundation, and the critical role nurses play in the care of families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss. Students will have the opportunity to engage in open dialogue, submit questions in advance, and explore real-world approaches to supporting families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

This lecture is scheduled for the Spring 2026 semester, with final dates to be announced. Sessions may be held in person on Clemson’s campus or virtually, depending on scheduling and student needs.

We are grateful for the opportunity to educate future nurses and strengthen compassionate, informed care across South Carolina. More details will be published soon.
