Can I ask the Ari Foss Foundation if there are available funds before submitting a funding request?

Yes, please contact us via email to check if we have available funds. 

How long does it take to receive a response after I submit the assistance request?

We attempt to respond to all assistance requests within 24 hours.

Can I submit a funding request before determining how my child will be cremated or buried?

Yes.  We know it can be important for a Parent know how much assistance is available before making cremation/funeral decisions. 

Can the AFF provide the funds directly to a Parent or other individual?

No, the Ari Foss Foundation pays the facility/service provider directly.  The Ari Foss Foundation will only pay businesses.  We are unable to pay individuals even if they are providing the service or merchandise.

We/I already paid for these expenses. Can the Ari Foss Foundation reimburse us/me?

No, the Ari Foss Foundation pays the facility/service provider directly.

Does the Ari Foss Foundation work with all facility/service providers?

We work with most facilities and service providers as long as they provide an itemized invoice.  If the facility or service provider does not accept credit cards, we will require additional paperwork from the facility/service provider before we can pay them.  If they do not complete the paperwork, we will be unable to make the payment.
